The ser­vices that National Finan­cial Lit­er­acy Foun­da­tion, Inc. (NFLF) pro­vides are sub­ject to the fol­low­ing Terms and Con­di­tions. (“TAC”). Descrip­tion of Ser­vices
NFLF pro­vides you with access to a vari­ety of resources includ­ing a pre-filing bank­ruptcy course as required by the Bank­ruptcy Abuse Pre­ven­tion and Con­sumer Pro­tec­tion Act of 2005 (BAPCPA). These ser­vices, includ­ing any update and addi­tions, are sub­ject to the TAC.

Soft­ware Use
Use of the Soft­ware pro­vided on this site is gov­erned by the terms of the user agree­ment which accom­pa­nies the Soft­ware. An end user will not be able to install any Soft­ware unless he or she first agrees to the terms of the agreement.

Cus­tomer Account, Pass­word, and Secu­rity
Cus­tomer account num­bers and pass­words will be pro­vided by NFLF. You are entirely respon­si­ble for the con­fi­den­tial­ity of your account num­ber and pass­word. Fur­ther­more, you are respon­si­ble for any and all activ­i­ties that occur under your account. You agree to notify NFLF imme­di­ately of any unau­tho­rized use of your account or any other breach in secu­rity. NFLF will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of some­one else using your account num­ber or pass­word, either with or with­out your knowl­edge. You may not use any­one elses account num­ber at any time.

Unlaw­ful or Pro­hib­ited Use
You may not attempt to gain unau­tho­rized access to any Ser­vices, other accounts, com­puter sys­tems or net­works con­nected to any NFLF server or to any of the Ser­vices, through hack­ing, pass­word min­ing or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any mate­ri­als or infor­ma­tion through any means not inten­tion­ally made avail­able through the Services.
