NFLF is approved* as a Nonprofit Budget and Credit Counseling Agency by the United States Trustees to offer pre-filing bankruptcy credit counseling services. NFLF is also approved** as a Local Housing Counseling Agency (LHCA) to provide housing counseling services and education programs by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
