Pre-Filing Bank­ruptcy Credit Coun­sel­ing

Pre-Filing Bank­ruptcy classes online and by phone!

National Finan­cial Lit­er­acy Foun­da­tion, Inc. (NFLF) is an approved provider* of the pre-filing bank­ruptcy credit coun­sel­ing course required before fil­ing for bank­ruptcy. You may take the pre-bankruptcy course online for $25 per house­hold or by tele­phone for $50 per house­hold; it’s your choice.

There are no tests and you can’t fail. After you com­plete the bank­ruptcy credit coun­sel­ing course, you will receive your Pre-filing Cer­tifi­cate of Com­ple­tion. Your bank­ruptcy coun­sel­ing cer­tifi­cate will be sent to you and your attor­ney (if you have one) imme­di­ately by email, fax, or mail. In-person coun­sel­ing ser­vices are also avail­able at our Mait­land, FL office.

NFLF has part­nered with Finan­cial Edu­ca­tion Ser­vices, Inc. (FES), an approved provider** of the post-filing debtor edu­ca­tion per­sonal finan­cial man­age­ment course required after fil­ing for bank­ruptcy. The post-bankruptcy course is avail­able by online or tele­phone for $25 per household.
